Clarified "missing_also_known_as" (#13746)

Fixes the confusion mentioned in https://github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/issues/12216. Suggestion of this fix provided by https://github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/issues/12216#issuecomment-564918757.
